Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and pack it into a sturdy shipping box.
Ship the Item
Affix the shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the exterior of the box, then drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the instrument to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
